About Us

I grew up in Oshkosh with a love of gardening and art. I attended UW-Madison where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and learned to blend my two favorite interests together.

Flowers & Leaves is where my love for flowers and design come together to create something truly personal. Based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I work one-on-one with clients to bring their floral visions to life—whether it’s for a corporate event, wedding, special celebration, or meaningful tribute.

I believe flowers have a way of expressing what words sometimes can’t. That’s why every arrangement I design is crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. From the colors and textures to the overall feel, each piece is made to reflect your story and your moment.

While Flowers & Leaves is no longer a retail flower shop, my focus now is on custom floral design for special events and personal commissions. Delivery fees will apply based on the complexity, volume, set up time and location for your custom event. Please note that there may be additional charges for
special time requests or rush deliveries. Also, for specific time requests, I will do my best to accommodate your timeframe but cannot guarantee exact times.

To ensure the best possible service, you may cancel your order at any time before delivery. However, because each order is custom-made, once the materials for your order have been shipped or received, cancellation will no longer be possible.

You can call us at (920) 426-2266 anytime during business hours to cancel an order. I will try my best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets my cancellation policy.

Returns

To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for redesign and replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery (refunds on non-perishable items only).

Flowers & Perishable Products

If you are not fully satisfied with your gift, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive the replacement product, please call us at (920) 426-
2266.

Speciality Gifts

Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned
unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that I can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of my error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift
item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. To return an item, please call (920) 426-2266.

I'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once I have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour.

This privacy statement has been created in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting customer privacy.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, I will need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, I also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users.This information is used to determine our user's demographics and interests so that I can better understand and serve my users.

Your information may be with reputable vendors for the purpose of sending out special offers via email and / or in connection with the services provided by Flowers & Leaves, LLC such as the delivery of flowers. Your information will not be shared for any other purpose and will be kept secure.
